BLVD | BEACH is a sustainable, transit-oriented mixed-use development located at 2715-29 Carlsbad Boulevard, just steps to the Carlsbad Village train station, restaurants, shopping and world class beaches. The project features a single 20,885 square foot, 3-story building (42.5’ in height) located on the southwest corner of Carlsbad Blvd. and Beech Ave. The project will include three ground floor retail spaces, a second story community & event space and a third level Amenity Terrace. BLVD | BEACH will include 12 surface parking spaces, including 4 ADA spaces.
The project is compliant with the City of Carlsbad General Plan and the Village and Barrio Master Plan, both of which designate this site for visitor serving mixed-use development.
